Thank you for volunteering!

This is our Scout Group's biggest fundraising event of the year, since we receive a generous donation for helping to marshal the race.

It's genuinely a lot of fun too!😃

Building upon last year's sunny success, we've simplified how we're organising ourselves...  We now have just 16 'slots' to fill − but we need you to help marshal please👍

👉 Choose one of the three 'shift' times that suits you, and then select a marshalling point (location codes A-D and W-Z).

Come solo, with family, or team up with others − to cheer, cajole and encourage runners on🥳

Well-behaved dogs (on a lead) welcome! 🐕‍🦺

Oh, and there's the busy Beer Head Bistro on site to grab a coffee in the sunshine!😎

How to sign up

We're using SignUp.com to allow you to choose which slot(s) you'd like to volunteer for.  Just work out the code from the 'shift matrix' above, and sign up!👍

Each 'slot' on the shift matrix has a:

• Location code (A, B, C, D, W, X, Y or Z) − see the map for where these are.

• Shift number (1, 2 or 3) − depending on the slot, shifts last from 1 hour to 2 hours − but feel free sign-up to more than one!

We'd encourage more than one person to volunteer for each slot − it really does make it more fun that way!  So don't worry if someone else is already signed up for the same one.

Or bring the entire family?  If you are bringing children, then let us know in the 'badge numbers' box − so we can order the right number of exclusive badges for them to wear on their uniform sleeve!🤩
